Amusement Park Deals

Head to Oaks Park Amusement Park with your preschooler (age 6 and younger) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for Chipper's Preschool Rides Morning from 9:30-11:30 am. It’s a special morning for little riders to enjoy the kiddy rides, cookies & milk, and story time with an Oregon Dairy Princess. $6.50 per child, adults free with child’s paid admission.

 

There’s also a special Roller Skating Session for children age 6 and younger on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10/5/10- 6/15/11, 10:00-11:30 am for $5.50. Enjoy games, songs, balls, a 15 minute group lesson, snack time and more! Adults are FREE with every paid child's admission and skate rental is included.

 

Wednesday night is Bi-Mart Cheap Skate at Oaks Park Skating Rink. Just show your Bi-Mart Card and up to 5 skaters can skate for $4.50 each, plus each skater gets free conventional skate rental and a free small drink.

Be sure to take advantage of these special admission prices:

Oregon Museum of Science & Industry (OMSI) offers $2.00 admission on the first Sunday of the month.

 

The World Forestry Center offers $3.00 admission the first Wednesday of each month.

 

The Oregon Zoo offers $4.00 admission with their Second Tuesdays program.

 

Visit Portland Children’s Museum for free every first Friday from 4:00-8:00 pm.

 

Show your Bank of America debit or credit card to get free admission to the Lan Su Chinese Garden, Portland Art Museum, or Pittock Mansion the first full weekend of each month.

 

The Portland Art Museum is also free on the fourth Friday of every month from 5:00-8:00 p.m.

Attractions Pass

Whether you are a long-time resident or a newcomer to Portland, you can play tourist and see some of Portland’s most popular attractions for more than 25% off adult admission with the Portland Attractions Pass. Four different passes (Big Pass, Washington Park Pass, Downtown Pass and Garden Pass) are available. Passes are valid for five days from the requested start date, and can only be purchased online. Each pass is good for one adult.
